Free, reliable delivery comes standard with most USA purchases you make in our online store.

We deliver smaller items to your door, and larger items like Kayaks and SUPs to the depot closest to where you live.

We’ll email you the location of your nearest depot. Then simply hit reply and let us know whether collecting from that depot is convenient for you. If the arrangement is good to go with you, we’ll also call you to confirm the delivery depot and estimated arrival date.

*Sorry, but we can only offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. If you’re in Alaska, Hawaii or a US territory, please contact us and we’ll get the best freight quotes for you.

We take care to deliver quickly and safely

You’re probably so stoked about your purchase, you can’t wait to get out there and get it wet. Don’t worry, even though we don’t charge for getting it safely to your door, there is no compromise at all in the care and speed of delivery.

We ship Tuesdays and Thursdays via Economy Road. You should receive your Vanhunks purchase within 3 to 5 business days.

 


 

Be sure to check your delivery

In the unlikely bummer of your Vanhunks purchase being damaged or a loss occurring in transit, we’ll make up for it by refunding the purchase price if you follow the correct procedures and return the unused item to us within 14 days of delivery.

There is one important thing you need to do the moment the courier arrives with your delivery. Check it.

This is your responsibility: before you sign anything, unwrap the parcel carefully and inspect the item for any sign of damage or missing items.

 


 

Need to return a purchase?

If you notice any damage or any part is missing, ask the courier to write down a description of the problem. If possible, take a photo of the damaged area. Then hand back the item and all the packaging to the courier and contact us immediately.

If you discover a sign of damage or loss only after the driver has left your premises, please contact the courier service provider immediately and tell them you want to return the item for a refund. Please keep all packaging material and paperwork.

Contact us and we’ll help arrange the return freight.

You will have to pay the return freight cost, which is about $250 or the equivalent in your currency. We’ll refund the purchase price via the payment method you used.
